Short Season A – New York Penn League

@ Baracklyn Cyclones 7, Hudson Valley Renegades 3

On a night when the Cyclones renamed themselves the Baracklyn Cyclones, gave out bobbleheads of the president, donned special jerseys, and had an Obama impersonator throw out the first pitch, the team also won a baseball game.

The Cyclones had leads of 3-0, 6-0 and 7-0 before the Renegades found their way onto the scoreboard late in a game Brooklyn controlled from the start.

Brandon Moore, the Mets 14th round pick last year was dominant over seven shutout frames.  He gave up just four hits and did not walk a batter while striking out four.

C Juan Centeno was 2-4 with an RBI.  The 19-year old is now off to a 5-for-10 start for Brooklyn.
