AAA Bisons – Off.  The party is Friday night in Buffalo when the Buffalo Philarmonic Orchestra performs for the July 3rd fireworks show.

AA: New Hampshire FisherCats 5, @ B-Mets 3

The B-Mets had only five hits, but all five went for extra bases.  3B Shawn Bowman (.282/.334/.444 – pictured) was 2-4 with a double, a triple and two RBI.  Lucas Duda doubled and walked in four trips after seeing the singles disappear in June (.228/.328/.356) he’s down to .266/.375/.384 for the year.

A+: Rained out again. St. Lucie and Dunedin will try for two on Thursday.

LF Raul Reyes’ three run homer in the second inning was all Robert Carson (6-5, 2.27) needed.  Carson gave up just one run on four hits in eight innigns, walking one and fanning three.  It’s easy to like Carson’s 1.95 go/ao ratio, but with only 54 K in 83.1 IP (5.8 K/9), it’s hard for me to love him as a prospect these days.
