Ok, so that’s not even close to true, but I am lucky enough to be in Arizona this week for some Arizona Fall League action.
As the week moves on, I’ll have some interviews and video up. If you have particular questions/issues you’d like to see raised with Ike Davis, Nick Evans, Jenrry Mejia, Scott Moviel, Reese Havens, Eric Niesen or Josh Stinson, use the comments section.

I took the at right while driving along I-10 from Palm Springs, where I was attending a friend’s wedding, to Phoenix Sunday night.

I got a question. What exactly is Nick Evans these days?
will he be in the mix for a OF/1B/PH bench role? Trade bait? Dumped in AAA and forgotten about?
He has had a weird little career so far, and is still what, 23?
Great question. The uncertainty about the value of his skillset makes Manuel’s refusal to play him at the end of the 2009 season even more questionable.
Defensively, 1B is his best position. While he has some pop, I’m not sure he’ll make enough contact to play there everyday.
I see him best utilized as a lefty masher, moving between 1B and LF depending on matchups. He’s killed LHP his entire MiLB career.
